Try to find common grounds and establish a connection that is truthful and honest. It helps you to get through to people in these difficult times and keeps them loyal to the organization.

Be clear in your communication and make sure the decisions are filtered to all the levels of the organizations. The decisions also must be taken considering both the employee’s and the organization’s benefit.
