UPSSSC PET (Preliminary Eligibility Test) 2023
The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) conducts the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) for Group D recruitment in various departments of the Uttar Pradesh government. The Group D posts include Peon, Watchman, Sweeper, Chowkidar, Mali, and other similar positions. These are entry-level positions that do not require high qualifications or specialized skills. The PET exam is conducted in an offline mode and consists of multiple-choice questions. The test is divided into four sections: General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical and Mental Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The exam duration is two hours, and each section carries 25 marks, making it a total of 100 marks. The minimum qualifying marks for the exam are 35%.
